Description:
FAXserveIT for Exchange is an advanced network fax solution for Microsofts Exchange Server, which enables users to send and receive faxes directly from their PCs, store faxes in electronic files, and share fax hardware with other users on the network. With essential cost-cutting functionality, powerful features, and built-in support for the leading NT enterprise messaging system, FAXserveIT for Exchange is an ideal tool for todays competitive business environment. FAXserveIT for Exchange is a natural add-on component to your FAXserve for Windows NT installation (FAXserve for Windows NT is required - sold separately).
Integration With Microsoft Exchange:
Provides advanced unified messaging and fax services to Exchange. Outbound faxes are e-mail messages that are sent using FAXserveIT. Any accompanying attachments are rendered with the standard FAXserve Rendering Agent. Inbound faxes are routed to an Exchange Mailbox using any of FAXserves inbound routing methods (DID, DTMF, Postmaster or channel routing).
Integrated Administration:
Users of FAXserveIT can leverage the integrated administration included with this industry leading messaging system to directly manage the FAXserveIT properties for individual users including administrating user permissions and routing rules.
No Client Installation Required:
No separate installation has to occur on individual client workstations. The included messaging client that comes with Exchange Server is enough to send and receive faxes. A fax viewer is optionally installed on the client automatically the first time a user attempt to view a fax.
Integrated Email and Fax Messaging:
With the same ease of sending email to multiple recipients, a user can add multiple fax recipients or combine email and fax recipients in the same compose.
Trial activation:
Program require trial activation code (30 days trial). You can get it for free after registration on developer site.
